Fresh Jain Thali Meal

Our Preparation Process

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we follow a simple and carefully planned cooking process:

1
We first prepare our sabji and curry without onion and garlic.
2
Customers who have selected the Jain-Friendly (No Onion & No Garlic) option have their meals packed immediately after cooking.
3
Once all Jain-friendly meals have been packed, we prepare a separate onion and garlic tadka.
4
This tadka is then mixed only into the remaining regular vegetarian sabji and curry.
5
Rice, fresh rotis, pickles, and sweets are naturally suitable and do not require any separate preparation.
